Last week a coworker and I were having a great conversation about this whole idea of Good-Cheap-Fast. This is also a sign that is seen in some Mechanics garages. It reads like this.
We offer three kinds of service: You can pick any two.
Good – Cheap - Fast.
- Good service cheap won't be fast
- Good service fast won't be cheap
- Fast service cheap won't be good
It can be good, cheap or fast, but you can't have all three.
As we continued talking we commented how true this statement is not only when it comes to fixing your car but in most areas of life.
As a leader what type of service do you want to provide for those that you serve.
Remember, you can't have all three.
