Root Beer and Dad's

I came across this Father's Day idea a couple of weeks ago and thought it was fabulous. So I tried it out last weekend in our children's ministry at Grace. I would love to give credit to the guy I took this idea from, but I honestly do not remember who you are. Here is how it all worked.

Every dad that checked their kids into our children's ministry on Father's Day was given a 12 oz can of Dad's Root Beer. Yes, they actually still sell this stuff in some stores.

I loved it! It was not a plant, or a craft the kids made to take home and give to dad. It was a can of pop. It was a simple way for us to say thank you to all the dad's out there.

Creative and simple. I love it!
