The White Sox were home for a short three game home stand and just completed a short three game road trip. The Sox came into Minnesota having not lost a series in their last seven tries.
The Sox sent Danks, Floyd and Buehrle to face the Twins. John Danks started bad but ended pretty well on Friday, Gavin Floyd was outstanding Saturday and Mark Buehrle was rocked hard this afternoon. The White Sox finished the road trip 1-2.
I believe that if the White Sox want to win the American League Central they are going to have to win in Minnesota. So far that has not happened. The Sox have dropped 11 of their last 13 games played at the Metrodome. They have nine games left with Minnesota and three of them are at home.
It's going to be a wild and crazy central division race. Go Sox!
